18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement

HornyHD is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the content accessible through this website.

HornyHD is an embed-only platform: all visual content is hosted by, and embedded from, independent third-party websites over which HornyHD has no control. HornyHD’s activities are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting, indexing and/or linking of content made available by third parties.

Accordingly, HornyHD is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), because it does not produce, and is not responsible for producing, any of the depictions that appear through the embedded third-party players.

Where the records are held

With respect to any records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content accessible through HornyHD, such records are kept by the original producers of that content, who operate the respective third-party platforms from which the content is embedded. Any request or inquiry regarding § 2257 records must be directed to the original producing website that hosts the material.

Age of performers

All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct accessible through HornyHD were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the depictions were created, as represented and warranted by the original producers of that content.
