Points of contact (Articles 11 & 12)

Authorities — Article 11: Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact us electronically at legal@hornyhd.com.

Users — Article 12: Recipients of the service may contact us electronically at legal@hornyhd.com. Communications may be submitted in English.

Notice & action — reporting illegal content (Article 16)

Anyone can notify us of content they consider illegal using our Content Removal page or by emailing abuse@hornyhd.com. To help us act quickly, please include: the exact URL(s); a sufficiently detailed explanation of why the content is illegal; and your contact details. We review valid notices promptly and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to content that is illegal in the EU once we are made aware of it, and we provide a statement of reasons where required.

Micro/small enterprise

HornyHD is operated as a micro/small enterprise. Certain additional DSA obligations applicable to larger platforms (including Very Large Online Platforms) do not apply; however, we comply with our obligations regarding the handling of illegal content and transparency.
